License Terms

After successful payment, Therapy Template Hub grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials in the purchaser's own professional practice or organization.

The license covers the specific products purchased or granted through a bundle. It does not transfer ownership or copyright.

You may download, print, organize, and adapt the materials for your own facilitation of therapy groups and related professional work.

You may use included promotional flyers to advertise your own groups. You may customize the flyer for your practice, group name, contact details, schedule, and branding, provided you do not represent the underlying template collection as your own product or resell the resource.

You may not resell, sublicense, rent, gift, publicly post, upload, email, or otherwise distribute the materials outside your own authorized practice or organization.

You may not place the files in a shared drive, online course, membership library, EHR resource library, marketplace, or other repository accessible to people who have not purchased an applicable license.

You may not copy the materials into a competing template collection, training product, book, website, or commercial resource library.

You may use the materials during your own group work and provide ordinary session handouts to participating clients when necessary for that work.

A practice or organization may share purchased materials internally only with its authorized professional team members who need them for that organization's work. The purchaser remains responsible for preventing external redistribution.

Copyright notices and licensing language must remain on the files and may not be removed, obscured, or altered. The presence of a copyright notice does not limit the permitted practice uses described here.

Therapy Template Hub and the creators retain all rights not expressly granted in these terms.

The license may not be transferred to another person or organization without written permission. If an account is refunded, reversed for fraud, or materially violates these terms, the license may be terminated and further use must stop.

Nothing in these terms prevents rights that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.
