Privacy Policy

When you create an account or purchase a product, we may collect your name, email address, password credentials in protected form, purchase history, download entitlements, and account activity needed to provide the service.

For a consultation purchase, we collect the contact details, preferred contact method, availability, selected template or topic, and notes that you submit in the checkout form. Please do not include identifiable patient information, clinical records, or other sensitive information about clients in those notes.

We may receive basic technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, request timestamps, and security logs when needed to operate and protect the site.

We use information to create and secure accounts, process and fulfill purchases, provide download access, send receipts and service messages, respond to support requests, coordinate consultations, prevent fraud, maintain security, and improve the site.

We do not sell customer personal information. We do not use consultation intake details for advertising or unrelated marketing.

Stripe processes payments and may collect payment, billing, fraud-prevention, and tax information under its own privacy policy. Therapy Template Hub does not store full payment card numbers.

We use Cloudflare for domain routing, security, private object storage, and signed download delivery. We use Resend to send transactional email such as receipts, password-reset messages, and internal consultation notifications. We use hosting and database infrastructure to operate the application.

If analytics are enabled, we use Google Analytics to understand general site usage, referral sources, product interest, and checkout activity. Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies. We do not send consultation notes, patient information, or other sensitive form content to analytics services. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services.

The site uses essential session technology to keep you signed in and protect account actions. The shopping cart may use browser storage so selected products remain available while you browse.

We do not currently rely on advertising cookies or sell browsing activity to advertisers. If analytics or other non-essential tracking is added later, this policy will be updated and the appropriate choices will be provided where required.

We retain account, order, and entitlement records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Consultation information is retained for scheduling, support, and business record purposes.

We use access controls, protected credentials, private storage, signed download links, and reasonable operational safeguards. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by contacting [email protected]. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or transaction-record purposes.

You may request a password reset through the site. Transactional emails needed to fulfill a purchase or secure an account cannot be disabled while the account remains active.

The service is intended for adults and professional users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Information may be processed by service providers in countries other than the country where you live. By using the service, you understand that processing may occur where our providers operate, subject to applicable legal protections.

We may update this policy when the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will remain posted here.
