Therapy Template Hub provides digital PDF group therapy templates, facilitator resources, forms, promotional flyers, and optional professional consultation services for therapists and mental health practices.

The materials are sold as practical starting points for qualified professionals. They do not replace professional training, supervision, clinical judgment, legal advice, or applicable licensing and ethical requirements.

Some purchases require an account so that your purchase history and download entitlements can be delivered securely. You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential.

You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.

Digital products are delivered through the customer account library after Stripe confirms successful payment. Download links may be short-lived and may require you to sign in.

Product descriptions, included materials, pricing, and availability may change as the collection develops. Changes do not remove access to products already purchased, except where access must be restricted because of fraud, unlawful use, or a material license violation.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers. Prices are shown in United States dollars unless stated otherwise, and applicable taxes may be calculated or collected at checkout.

A purchase receipt is sent to the email address associated with the checkout or customer account. A successful payment does not grant permission to share or resell the purchased materials.

A consultation is a one-hour phone or video service intended to help a customer organize or implement purchased resources and answer practice-related questions. It is not emergency care, psychotherapy, supervision, legal advice, or a guarantee of a particular clinical outcome.

After purchase, the customer provides contact details, a preferred contact method, availability, and a topic for discussion. The business will follow up to confirm an available time. A consultation is not confirmed until a time is confirmed by the business.

Your purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials in your own professional practice or organization, subject to the License Terms.

Therapy Template Hub and its creators retain all rights in the materials. Copyright notices, licensing language, and attribution may not be removed.

You may not resell, sublicense, publicly post, upload to a shared library, distribute, lease, give away, or include the materials in another commercial product or training library.

You may not share account credentials or download links with non-purchasers, use the site to violate law or another person's rights, or attempt to bypass access controls.

The site and materials are provided as practical educational resources. You are responsible for deciding whether a resource is appropriate for your clients, setting, scope of practice, documentation, consent process, and applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, the site and materials are provided without guarantees that they will be error-free, suitable for every population, or produce a particular result. Review and adapt every resource before use.

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe there is fraud, unlawful activity, credential sharing, redistribution, or a material breach of these terms. License rights that were properly granted before termination remain subject to the restrictions in the License Terms, but access may be removed for serious violations.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
